Mass-Care Endorses Senator Bernie Sanders for President

Today Mass-Care, the Commonwealth’s largest advocacy group devoted to single payer health care reform, announced its endorsement of Senator Bernie Sanders for President of the United States.

“Time and time again Senator Sanders has fought for the creation of a single payer healthcare system as health care costs are crippling the economy in Massachusetts" said Ture Richard Turnbull, Executive Director of Mass-Care. "Senator Sanders believes that Medicare for All is what we need in our Commonwealth and for the Nation and we are pleased to announce Mass-Care's endorsement of his candidacy."

Ture continued, "Massachusetts and the nation need to move beyond the Affordable Care Act reforms, which leave nearly 30 million people uninsured, even more underinsured, fragmented care, and inefficiency and profiteering that drive our costs far above those in any other nation."

And groups mean people and people means volunteers.

I like volunteers!

(And Volunteers - I'm a University of Tennessee grad!)
