What I would expect from President Sanders

I fully understand that President Bernie might not be able to deliver a lot of the legislation that is being discussed. However, I don't think he needs to in order to change the trajectory of this country. What I want him to do is to actually appoint people to positions that will aggressively do their jobs with the existing legislation.

What about an Attorney General that would actually investigate corruption in government and on Wall Street?

What about an SEC Chairman that actively enforced the regulations?

What about an FDA that wasn't in the pocket of industry?

What about a Treasury Secretary who isn't cronies with all of the bankers that he/she is supposed to oversee?

And on and on.

I want some people not afraid to disrupt and step on toes (and indict!).

I think I'd be satisfied with that and I don't see President Hillary Clinton delivering that.

Of course, I'd be happy if he could deliver even more!

at Treasury? Not to mention the Attorney General's office. What they hell have they been doing for 8 years? The regulators are friends and former employees of the agency's they are supposed to oversee. That has to stop.

This is a great OP.

I would welcome it if he used his bully pulpit often to motivate people locally to support his support his policies. Yep. Use that cantankerous veneer to enrage, stimulate and produce results locally and nationally. I think he can inspire people and needs to be in the forefront, in our living rooms much like President Carter.
