Does the poster not realize that Barack Obama won in 2008 with 55% of the vote? So if you want to have a benchmark to favorably compare to, that would be Obama, not Clinton.

they were referencing was most likely just spinning to make things look good, since they referenced Sanders beating Hillary's number.
