Really? The DNC 'ban on more debates' appears to be coming apart at the seams.
MSNBC, New Hampshire Union-Leader Announce Unsanctioned Democratic Presidential Debate!
By poll watcher * Tuesday Jan 26, 2016 * Daily Kos
Apparently too many in the Democratic party have had enough of Debbie Wasserman Schultz obstructing further debates. Talking Points Memo is reporting that MSNBC and the New Hampshire Union-Leader are ignoring her and are trying to set up a debate only days before the New Hampshire primary. It remains to be seen if all will attend.
"Meet the Press" host Chuck Todd and MSNBC's Rachel Maddow will host the Feb. 4 debate, scheduled five days before the state's primary, BuzzFeed news first reported.
] Rep. Debbie Wasserman-Schultz (D-FL), chair of the Democratic National Committee, has been dogged by criticism over the party's limited debate schedule, with opponents saying hosting only six debates amounts to a "coronation" for Clinton as the nominee.
Will the people get the debates they want, or will Rep Schultz try to obstruct them?
Frankly, I dont think these debates are changing many minds of voters who will be voting in the primaries, but the contrast between our candidates talking intelligently about issues that Americans are concerned about, and the food fighting clown car in the GOP travelling circus, couldnt be a stronger contrast for the voters in the general election to see.

(19,326 posts)This appears to be some kind of 'unconfirmed' pre-report, but actually now that I think of it,
I do think I saw something on MSNBC about it, so it's a real deal apparently.

(19,326 posts)MAJOR embarrassment for DWS, as now even Clinton wants more and has apparently
said she's "all in" for this act of open rebellion.
