For the same reason I supported Barack Obama.. I support Martin O'Malley

He speaks to us not at us or down to us.. President Obama did the same thing.. 99 counties wide.. He and his ground campaign.spoke to the Democrats.. not down to them..

Gov O'Malley has shared a vision and a way to accomplish it. I first met him when he was campaigning for Hatch for Gov of our state.. He has been with us long before the run for President was in site.

It means a lot to me as an Iowan..

while many of my friends were painting their hopes on him as if he were a blank slate, I kept telling them to listen closely to what he says. He is aligned with corporations on many issues. That is why I had had him next to last in my playbook and Hillary last.

I saw O'Malley twice and noted he has a way of not answering questions directly. Didn't actually realize it until well after the event.

In any case, I believe that any of our candidates are totally acceptable this round and so far superior to any republican it is like night and day.

And he has answered my questions thoroughly.. and stayed and talked to everyone who needed to talk to him.. I have a totally different experience 2008 in our household was crazy.. Hubby and I were Obama.. My son was at the same caucus I was and was the Biden precinct captain.. and my brother was totally fro Hillary..

My brother has passed away.. early this year.. so I do not know where he would have been ..but the rest of our family locally.. we are for the FIRST time united behind one candidate..

And you are right.. any of ours is a 1000 times better

I am totally substance over delivery in the end.. That is why I support Gov O'Malley.. He has laid out his plan.. and how he plans to accomplish them.. but I hate .. absolutely hate when someone talks down to me..

and I am very fond of him. I applaud you sticking by him throughout this campaign. And I do not mean this snarky or in any way crass, but if in your precinct he does not meet the 15%, I hope you will consider Senator Sanders whose beliefs for our middle class align well with Gov. O'Malley's.

Good OP. Rec'd!

I like Gov O'Malley. Have since I first heard him. Sometimes he's not as 'polished' as other politicians, but I like that. I like his record and I like his vision.

I don't say a lot because sometimes it feels like whispering into a riot. But we're here, those of us that support him.

than O'Malley does.

He is in a 3 way race and can't seem to break 5%. That is pretty much just margin of error numbers.

I like him, and he is young enough to run again. I just don't see him having a viable path this cycle.

They aren't laughing now.

I hear that.. I have been supporting O'Malley since 2014.. and boy have I gotten some strange posts.. they act like I just fell off the turnip truck and did not research the candidate..

Bernie is surprising a lot of people.. I know for sure he has locked down Johnson county.. You can take this one to the bank.. He has Johnson County .. good luck.. I do not know when your primary or caucus is.. but I will be so glad to have ours behind us.. whew..
