You know why I will forever use the name Mrs. Greenspan instead of Andrea Mitchell?
because it takes too long to write the accurate description: Andrea Mitchell, wife of disgraced Fed Chairman Alan Greenspan, the man who was at the center of the massive deregulation and bailouts of Wall Street.
So everything she reports on that deals with Wall Street power, corruption, money in politics, she should clearly state that she is representing her husband's interests, which she has shown over and over again that she does, in fact, serve as an agent of the .01%

1. How long will MSNBC carry water for her?
She's an incompetent news-person. Dreadful really.

13. The absolute worst.
I don't watch much cable news anymore but I would rather watch any Fox fool rather than Wolfie.

"Wolf Blitzer and CNN have officially gone under the bus!"
Or have they tried that one already? ![]() |

7. since Comcast owns them and Comcast favors corporate takeover of America
which seems to align quite well with Mrs. Greenspan I would say she will be employed for life, maybe beyond.

3. why is she automatically representing her husband's interest?
She has a separate career. She is not just a helpmeet to her husband.

6. That's a good question. Why is she doing this?
Stockholm syndrome? Feller feelin'? Similarly biased, narrowminded upbringing? Or is it just that his financial interests coincide with her own so much?

14. not what I meant
the OP considers her to be representing her husband's interests in spite of her clearly having a career of her own.

8. A lot of us grew up with "Mrs" as proper etiquette and a sign of respect...
Now I understand and respect those who have a problem with the "Mrs" term. However most of American society still would view distain for the term as political correctness run amuck. Therefore if someone uses "Mrs Greenspan", the benefits of clarifying her position as mouthpiece for the establishment, media conglomerates, oligarchy, etc are considerable.

9. Yes, you stated it quite correctly.
Her treatment of Bernie has been atrocious. I was glad to see her being humiliated at the last debate.

Is that really so difficult?

15. This is silly
Would you be okay with people referring to Chelsea Manning as Bradley Manning because they dislike transgender people?
It makes you look really petty to do this. |

16. Appreciate your opinion
However I am quite content with identifying the agents of our oppression, and their relationships, in this fashion.
