when Democratic and neutral groups, like the League of Women Voters, were afraid to do so because the new Florida law made it too risky. Voter registration campaigns typically pay people on the basis of how many voters they register, which naturally leads to some fake names and addresses. It happens everywhere and no matter who is doing the registration. But the Flordia law, just recently tossed out, required that registrations be turned in within 48 hours or the organizations would be subject to a $1,000 a day fine. This kept most of the usual voter registration groups of doing campaigns in Florida.

But not the GOP. They were employing this Nathan Sproul company all along. What did they know, that everyone else did not? That the law would not be enforced against them?
