2016 Postmortem
Related: About this forumAfter Clinton declared Victory the race tightened from 0.8% to 0.5%
If she's this dumb to do this and lose then she doesn't deserve the nomination.

Iowa Caucus
and it will display a live update. Currently, Sanders is up 21 delegates to 19 for Clinton, despite Clinton being (barely) ahead in the total vote count.

What happened?
bettyellen
(47,209 posts)nothing. Sucks, and also sucks how they never vote in midterms. Don;t get me started.
SusanCalvin
(6,592 posts)If they're really saying that, they need to get a grip and grow up.

(47,209 posts)No sure WTF is going on. Looks like they are waiting till after Cruz's victory speech, then they both will.
I wish them both luck!

(6,592 posts)I wish ppl would stop reccing this thread w/o documentation.

(6,592 posts)I'd expect this to be all over, but when I turn up the sound I don't hear it. But I would imagine Camp Clinton would have backed off from it rapidly if they actually did it.

(6,592 posts)A Hillary speech that first had a tag of "victory" and now has a tag of "speech to supporters."
In any case, I'm really sick of hearing her mouth Bernie. Shout-out to O'Malley was nice.
SusanCalvin
(6,592 posts)someone in the Hillary campaign came up with this at the earlier time, and Hillary herself in the wee hours.
MSNBC is right now making fun of it and sounding quite repectful of Bernie.
Apologies for specifically asking for a link, which I now realize was difficult if not impossible at the time. But I really would have appreciated more specificity on where, when, and from whom it was heard, as I found it almost unbelievable given, in my opinion, the incredible stupidity of it.
