Joy Reid surprised: she's finding no passion for Hillary in S.C. today.

Andrea Mitchell is stunned by Joy's report, she said.

Reid says there is just nothing for Hillary in the people she is talking to.

Capehart is on now, and they are playing the clip of John Lewis.

Mitchell is repeating the "kerfuffle."

Now Capehart is waffling a bit on the veracity of the story.

Eventually you have to prove to the people that you are a candidate worth voting for. Hillary has not done that.

Journalism 101 tells you to locate the photographer. The photographer says it IS Bernie.

seeking to destroy Bernie with easily disproven lies.

while also addressing Congress and the Senate on issues that affect PoC.

He has a lifetime of solid support for PoC.

19. Cool... You see his wry wit put to political antiracial use in this letter.

And then he also organized other events off campus. Had to take a break from school because of his activism. Good to get a better sense of what he was up to.

Thanks for the link.

Did you happen to see the interview with the college students later in the hour? A pretty, young, blond girl was asked how she felt about free college tuition and she said she was opposed to it because she was paying for her own college and didn't want her degree devalued because just anyone could go to college if it was free. At that point I yelled at the television, calling her a nasty name only reserved for the worst of the worst. LOL. Can you imagine? I've got mine, to heck with poor students.

I was even surprised at what Joy was reporting. It will be interesting to see how Tweety reacts to it all.

she is finding the same thing I am hearing locally... except that it is worst in NC than here. The line here is 45, the line there is 50.

It seems young people just don't want to be told what to think. The more they talk down to us, the less likely we are to listen to them. How successful have their policies been in the last 30 years? It is a legitimate question that the young people of this country are asking.

the young do not want to listen to their elders... and their elders, GET OFF MY LAWN!!!

In 30 or 40 years it will be you going, kids!

So I do not particularly find it surprising. What I find surprising is that some in the media establishment are seemingly surprised by this.

with a lot of the kids "working on" their parents.

It's anecdotal, but it still bodes well for Bernie in SC.

Thanks for the update. I just can't stomach watching Andrea M.
I think it's falling apart very quickly for Secretary Clinton.

we must not get too comfortable. Clinton has many dollars, many influential allies and an obsession with the WH.
