New National Poll: Clinton 50, Sanders 35

From Morning Consult: http://morningconsult.com/2016/02/poll-hillary-clinton-increases-lead-over-bernie-sanders/

A couple notes. First, Morning Consult seems to be a "new kid on the block" among pollsters; it's not listed in 538's ratings. Second, you have to subscribe to access the poll's crosstabs (and I didn't feel like doing that). So it's FWIW.

That's a South Carolina poll. It's not a national poll. Sanders leads all national polls. (nt) w4rma Feb 2016 #7

He has any number of reasons not to concede early.

That's a South Carolina poll.

No, it isn't:

Former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton has increased her lead over Sen. Bernie Sanders ahead of Saturday’s Democratic presidential primary in South Carolina, according to a new Morning Consult national survey.

The poll shows Clinton pulling in 50 percent of voters’ support, with 35 percent of respondents opting for the Vermont independent. Clinton picked up three percentage points from our mid-February poll, and Sanders lost four percentage points.

It's not a national poll. Sanders leads all national polls.

I believe that is incorrect as well:

Given the fact that Senator Sanders is trailing in almost every state, large and small, it would be virtually impossible to have a true national polling advantage.

Math.
