2016 Postmortem
Related: About this forumSeriously Sanders Supporters, Why Would Warren Endorse Bernie, Anyway?
There is one similarity between them. They both favor the reinstatement of Glass-Segall.
Otherwise, Warren is the embodiment of the kind of pragmatic progressivism that you and Bernie loathe.
Here's some samples, just for instance:
Consider her position on your much beloved Single Payer or Bust obsession
HOST: If you were the tsarina, something like single-payer, government run health care, far lower administrative costs, that sort of thing, would be the Senator Warren prescription, would it not?
ELIZABETH WARREN: I think right now what we have to do--Im serious about this--I think youve got to stay with whats possible. And I think what were doingand look at the dust-up around thiswe really need to consolidate our gains around what weve got on the table.
HOST: But you do support single-payer, do you not?
WARREN: No, what Ive got right now
Or consider her position on debt-free college vs tuition free college. Words that could have been taken right out of Clinton's mouth.
Sen. Elizabeth Warren used to be known for arguing that the government shouldn't make money on student loans. Now she's arguing that students shouldn't have to take out loans in the first place.
"While not every college needs to graduate every student debt-free, every kid needs a debt-free optiona strong public university where its possible to get a great education without taking on loads of debt," she said today in a speech at the Shanker Institute.
Debt-free college is more progressive than simply making tuition free, as Sen. Bernie Sanders has propose
Seems to me that too many Sanders supporters have their head in the sand -- pun intended -- and think that the entire world just swoons over their pie-in-the-sky guy in just the way that they do.

(8,352 posts)6. Y'all keep pushing that meme.
She was one of many females in Congress who signed a joint letter supporting a woman running for president.
This is not an 'urging'. This is not an 'endorsement'.
Why do y'all make shit up all the time?

It just doesn't make sense to do that--all it does is tick off everyone. Very disruptive.

(6,829 posts)5. Why would Tulsi Gabbard endorse Sanders? (And jeopardize her rising star in the party)
