The ones that they get tax breaks for to move overseas, or the ones left on unemployment because there are no more jobs in the US?

U.S. employment Boeing: 159, 469

I can't find a figure for Catepillar but I don't believe the Export / Import Bank finances purchases of equipment made overseas.

By the way, no tax money goes to the Export / Import Bank. It is self funding.

Having cities and states competing against each other to offer the greater subsidies. For that privilege all the taxpayers are stuck for the bills for their transportation infrastructures and services. It is always a threat to leave a state who does not pay up.

This does not even account for the federal subsidies.
