My 1st GDP post: Not thrilled, but resigned. Gotta beat tRump: Gotta vote DEM.

At least she'll seat a good scotus. She'll appoint good judges and a good cabinet.

Probably won't make any election reform, which would have been Bernie's greatest, most lasting accomplishment.

Won't challenge congressional gerrymandering, which gives the country to the GOP.

Won't hold banks accountable. Won't prosecute GOP criminals.

But she also won't start another middle East debacle.

It's a government of compromise: That was always our country's plan.

Resigned, but sad, for the new world we could have built with Bernie's vision. She'll fall well short of that, but we can't hand the world to this orange monster. We. Can't.

She will seat neither a good scotus nor a good cabinet; and it is too soon but I don't see her as having a good foreign policy either.

1) Larry Fink is widely expected to be Secretary of the Treasury. The revolving door with wall street continues.

2) Fracking and other anti-environment business friendly ideas will be perfectly fine with her administration.

3) Scotus: Perhaps strong on abortion, but weak elsewhere. She is an authoritarian. She dismissed free speech concerns over encryption by saying "of course the usual suspects will complain about the 1st amendment". Expect strong encryption to be under assault and many other freedoms that liberals value.

4) Her foreign policy is apparently "smart power", as she calls it. Since we have no idea what that is, she'll likely embroil us in more conflict, perhaps in Syria.

There is very little to be happy about with a Hillary presidency.
