Hillary 20+ gain states
===============
South Carolina: 25
Alabama: 35
Georgia: 44
Tennessee: 21
Texas: 74
Virginia: 29
Louisiana: 23
Mississippi: 26
Florida: 68
Bernie 20+ gain states
===============
zilch (his best state was Vermont with a 16 delegate gain)
This clearly demonstrates the dilemma Bernie faces. He needs to replicate what Hillary did in those 9 states to catch up and he has not even accomplished that once so far.

(24,689 posts)A gain of 4 here and 5 there wont cut it. He needs some big hauls like Hillary had.

(11,088 posts)...kinda like he is doing now? Based on the evidence, it's looking pretty good.

(24,689 posts)Hard to imagine any plausible scenario where he pulls this off.

(52,172 posts)CA, NY, NJ, MD, WA are about it. Other than WA, Hillary is likely to win or at least come very close to winning all of those.

(11,088 posts)We've got this.
DCBob
(24,689 posts)He would get all 475 delegates due to the 15% threshold. Short of that it's pretty much hopeless.
