Southwest have been evolving for several cycles. As the Democratic Party went into limp noodle mode since 2004,in States of Utah,Arizona,Idaho, and Nevada,we have seen what happens when the Rethugs gain control. Subtle Voter Suppression via the use of controlling the Polling Stations. Early voting is a cop out, just a excuse or cover for suppression, typical response from Secretaries of State or other regulators, well you could vote early and you would not have to wait in line. Even when there is early voting, those polling stations are generally located in a County Government Office Building with one poll per County.
