Sat Mar 26, 2016, 12:06 AM
Mar 2016

If they did run it live in Washington - was it to keep the crowds down? Why go to the field if they could watch it on TV. Just saying - we're complementing MSNBC here - but they might have had a different motive to run it.

If Bernie was able to fill a 50,000 capacity stadium - that is history being made on the campaign trail. How could the other candidates compete with that?

Bernie has consistently filled the venues he has spoken at - all around the country. One thing that impresses me about him is that if there is an overflow area - he will always go out and personally appear to speak to them before he delivers his scheduled speech.

Go Bernie!!!

Feel the Bern!!!!

No we bring to the country Bush's, that Voldermolt looking thing we have now, Charlie Christ as a Senate candidate, oh and let's not forget that lovely darling running the DNC into the ground, Miss Debbie herself. Let's not forget we also try wonderful things like FCAT testing for kids, kids to incarceration, and shoot everyone if your scared of your shadow type laws. Sat Mar 26, 2016, 05:46 AM
Mar 2016

Definitely not in full length. 2) "Hillary bashing" ??? Really, I heard policy differences, I heard taking corporate monies. It wasn't "bashing" to point out differences in records. Bashing would be talking about emails, talking about Bill, talking about the unfair way in which DNC top officials seem to be just another Supe PAC for Hillary. If her record of choices she has made in the past and choices she has made in running her campaign are items that people don't like, it's not Bernie's fault.

How would people have reacted to Hillary's campaign if she had chosen to renounce her corporate friends, refuse speaking fees from Wall St the last couple of years, renounce super pacs? What if she had run as Bernie is now? Do you think there would be as many people ready to embrace Bernie across the country?

In "speaking fees, corporate friendliness", had she not taken money to go behind closed doors and give paid for private speaking engagements, no one would ask, can we see your transcripts? Can we see what you say to these wealthy, powerful, incredibly influential people within our system of government/ country when the cameras are off and the 99% aren't around? Would it sound similar to that 47% takers speech that Romney was caught on? The one where he was calling 47% of Americans moocher's and at the same time thought China's way of dealing with labor and environmental laws was just awesome (you know working 7 days a week, long hours, for little compensation, even living at the factory, stacked 4 to a bunk, locked behind barbed wires and gates was simply amazing.... Something he probably wishes he could do to those 47% he feels is stealing from him, even though he doesn't pay taxes? Do you think if America saw the transcripts, they would be pleased with what she had to say? If there was nothing to hide, then releasing transcripts of private events to the top 1% class shouldn't be a problem for the 99% to also hear/ see; right?

It may seem like "bashing" because he's pointing out these differences and how she's conducted her life in the public eye, as a private citizen for the past couple of years after she stepped down from SoS position, and the way in which she's running her campaign this time around. If people in party and in the country, in general, feel as if they are being lied to, pandered to, and having the deck stacked against them, it's definitely not Bernie who is doing these things. It is corporate money backers, it's Wall St, it's corporate media, it is powerful interest groups, and ultimately it is Hillary Clinton's choice to embrace the rigged system that hurts real people, that harms people in other countries with even less power or human rights than our own, and ultimately it harms this earth, this one planet we have to share as one of the many species that live on this planet, 3rd rock from the sun.

It doesn't make sense to continue on this destructive path! We are literally moving into mass extinction of the planet because a handful of people's around the world have amassed power, money, and control over the rest of the world. Engineering genocides, wars, slave labor conditions, poverty, food insecurities, lack of clean fresh water resources, polluted lands, creating fear, strife, and misery, and ultimately all for what? This country tomorrow could change direction if it wished to, and could help lead the way into creating harmony and appropriate actions to help our environment. Our congress could decide to cut the military budget from destructive bombs and killing machines, and decide to appropriate monies into using renewable energy sources. They could literally hire massive amounts of people to engineer mass transit, solar panels on every rooftop across America, wind turbines, geo-thermal. They could create subsidies to remove gas cars from the road and place electric cars onto the roads (along with funding and research in ways to reliably do this for countries across the planet). We could fund higher education and training. We could ensure that citizens have access to clean air, water, foods. Help younger generations learn and transform the way we produce sustainable food/ husbandry practices that don't erode our soil or add harmful chemicals into our lands, bodies and other species. We could make sure that health care is a fundamental right and that all people can access it without having to choose death because they lack financial resources. We could decide that Wall St is completely unnecessary for the human and planet condition; gambling on a large scale that harms the worldwide over and literally steals people's work labor by calling their speculation and theaft "investment". Do people really think someone like Trump or Romney or the Clintons work harder than the nurse, teacher, construction worker, even a fast food worker? NOPE!

Saying we can't or keeping the status quo in power doesn't work anymore. This world can't wait for patches around the edges. We need a radical shake up now! We need value in our environment and actual humanity to supersede someone's investment portfolio.

Maybe when this campaign is over it'll be sensible around here. Hope so.
