The Countless Failings of The Democratic National Committee (Presidential primary)
There is little to dispute in this article if anything... Read the article and comment. There is plenty to be accounted for as to the management and process of this Presidential Primary Election Contest dating back to before it began...
"The Democratic National Committee rigged the Democratic primaries to ensure Hillary Clinton would win the presidential nomination. Evidence suggesting this claim is overwhelming and, as the primaries progress, the DNC’s collusion with the Clinton campaign has become more apparent.
Hillary Clinton has known for years she would be running for president in 2016. Fundraisers were held on her behalf as early as 2014, before she announced her campaign, as it was well known throughout the Democratic establishment that she would run for president. Unlike Jeb Bush, also an establishment-backed Republican candidate with very wealthy donors, no Democrats in office dared to run against Ms. Clinton. The DNC did not suspect an Independent and three virtually unknown former politicians would contend for the nomination. Aside from clearing out her competition in the primaries, the co-chair to Ms. Clinton’s failed 2008 campaign—Debbie Wasserman Schultz, who is currently the DNC Chair—scheduled only six debates compared to the eight scheduled for Republican candidates, and enacted a new rule effectively banning Democratic presidential candidates from participating in any unsanctioned debates." SNIP...
"The DNC has bent their own rules and regulations to assist Ms. Clinton. In December 2015, Vice News broke a story that the DNC was allowing Ms. Clinton’s campaign to share offices with the Carson City Democratic Party in Nevada—a key early primary state. In the summer of 2015, a top DNC official, Henry R. Munoz III broke DNC rules by organizing a fundraiser for Ms. Clinton in Texas. When news broke of the infraction, Ms. Wasserman Schultz ignored it." SNIP...
When one looks at this picture it is difficult to deny that this is a sad performance by party leadership... We can only hope for better moving forward... http://observer.com/2016/03/the-countless-failings-of-the-dnc/

1. Thom Hartmann has a list of things too. . . I like the one where they have lost over 900 seats under
DWS's rule
OUCH!!!! And yet, they still push forward with their losing ways. One would think they don't really want Democrats to win. |

4. Their belief that shrinking the party will help their right wing conservative branch of it
will be the party's downfall. It's up to us to rescue the DNC from these inept conservative corporate hijackers!

10. 11 Governors, 13 Senators, 69 Reps, 913 state seats, and 26% of the electorate
there's upsides to losing, just as there's upsides to betting against the US economy or trashing a company and taking its seed money--they're neolibs and corporate raiders
they were RELIEVED to lose the supermajority because now there'd be less pressure to pass bills that'd upset the gravy train even if the mere voters merely needed them to merely survive so they need a stable of voters who don't pay attention, don't hold you to account, and support you no matter what--unconditional loyalty, like they need in their personal lives |

8. Making Corporate CEOs & lobbyist Super-delegates is an obscene betrayal of voters,
feeding into our corrupt political system, and should be a crime.

5. Nifty look at Henry R. Munoz III, here.
Sounds like a Clinton.
What’s clear is that Muñoz’s long career blending public service and private enterprise has been bruised by controversy from the beginning; his lofty ambitions for himself and the region at times have soared above what’s possible; and his appetites for status and success at times have clouded his judgment. Muñoz betrays little regret.

NO Democracy in this format. A result configured by AND for The Ruling OLIGARCHY... By The Self serving Party Apparatchiks such as DWS!
