(32,886 posts)If this was happening at a caucus, then yes, you could place blame at the state democratic party.

(5,946 posts)maybe a caucus maybe a straight election, i just know then as on-line friends, One was in Colorado, not sure what that was. Mostly I have to ask where they live when discussing things, too many people I know for over 10 years but never met in real life.
and it seems some Dems even more eager to do so these days.

(11,303 posts)the electronic machines came to be we expected the dems to investigate and now it is clear why they didn't ever do anything, it's good for them too. At this point they are really so unafraid of consequences they are rather open about what they are doing.

(14,881 posts)Note the pattern: large states with lots of delegates at stake. All using the same software.
Other pattern: running out of ballots. The 1st time happenstance. 2nd time coincidence. 3rd time enemy actionNow it's happened in state after state after state. Voter suppression by simply not having enough ballots.
Have they not figured out that this election is generating huge turnout? Actually, they probably have. And they've determined that not having enough ballots on hand is a viable way to suppress turnout.
It's not that they don't learn from experience. It's that they learn all the wrong lessons.
