Why a no-indictment for Hillary Clinton would still be a problem for America

"This may sound strange coming from someone who doesn’t expect Hillary Clinton to be indicted and doesn’t think she should be, but I’ve been worrying about what will happen if she isn’t.

There is a school of people — a big school, judging from my email — for whom there are only two possibilities:"

I must caveat that I do feel as though she broke the law. There is an email where she specifically tells an aid to remove confidential headers and send as a plain fax.

BUT... Even if she avoids indictment, all that will do to people who already hate her on the right wing is embolden them to feel she was saved by the graces of Obama who they hate just as equally. It could be very damaging even without an indictment.

Marcus presents the dilemma. If the evidence is there and the DoJ refuses to indict, expect a Watergate type situation. James Comey may resign because he is a straight shooter. It will be real messy.

The only way for Democrats to avoid the mess is to ask Clinton to step aside. She is simply too flawed for us to risk in the GE.

But IMHO Hillary is in a no win situation with this. I honestly think there are people who are hoping that Hillary doesn't get indicted so they can try and some how blame Obama to bring him down.

Making good decisions is a pretty big qualification for being President and her track record is lousy when it comes to the big ones.

...when I have no doubt in my mind she knew she was going to run again. I guess she didn't expect this to be the election year of the anti-establishment.

I have a very strong feeling if she is the nominee in one of the debates with Trump all he will have to do is say...

"I used to buy politicians like you." *mic drop* and she won't even be able to respond because she still has the cookie crumbs all over her mouth.

And then we have Bill. They impeached his ass and he gave the Republicans everything! So you just know they are waiting for Barack to mess up. I mean they can't stand Obama! I never heard an incoming Speaker say that his first job of business is to get Obama out of the White House. That's some crazy stuff.

That's why Obama isn't gonna stop the indictment if it comes to that but he will pardon Hillary.

That's just my two cents
