Someone who authorizes illegal wars, thereby nurturing the growth of terrorist groups like a super virus, supports trade agreements that decimate the middle class and enable tax havens for the elite, takes bribes from Wall Street, and someone whose career is being propelled by corporate money, is inherently unqualified to represent the interests of the general electorate.

lies. He makes it sound like Hillary is responsible for every bad thing that ever happened. While taking none of the blame for his roles in anything bad.

Obviously only a cretin (or someone with an agenda) would claim Sanders meant "unqualified" in a legal sense. It's all about her demonstrated unfitness for the office.
