No wonder Bernie is getting clobbered.

His peeps jump a new shark almost daily as victory gets less and less possible. The money throwing thing is hilarious.

"she's not meeting the Pope" followed by "she ambushed the Pope to force a meeting" is just so Fonzi jumping a shark.

3. Throwing money is an old protest tactic dating back to the '60s.

It has everything to do with protesting greed and excessive wealth and nothing to do with strippers or prostitutes, although there are some who are eager to yell "sexism!" at pretty much everything. In 1967 Abbie Hoffman and others tossed dollar bills onto the floor of the New York Stock Exchange in an act of guerilla theatre. I'm quite sure that's what was going on this time. http://money.cnn.com/2007/07/17/news/funny/abbie_hoffman/index.htm?postversion=2007082314

Win or lose, that is both impressive....and should be a wake up call to the Democratic Party if it wants to avoid sliding further into irrelevance and decay.

45. I will admit Sanders has done much better that I had ever imagined.

I would not call Sanders campaign inept but clearly not at the same level as the Clinton's.

This is the year of the insurgent and anti-establishment candidate. The Hillary team was able to fight that off even with all the negative news about the stupid email server thing and constant bashing from both the left and the right.. it is amazing she and her team are now poised to the take the nomination and the White House.

However, I agree what Bernie has done should not be ignored or dismissed. Clearly this represents the future of the party given how many young people he attracted to his message. I hope there is some way we can integrate Bernie's message into the platform to keep most of his followers still interested in being Democrats. That may be a challenge but it needs to be done.

52. When was the last time you were had an interaction wtih a stripper?

Did you throw $1 bills at her? What year was it when this happened?

The Millennials are probably wondering what the fuck are they talking about? Throwing $1 bills is somehow related to strippers? Since when? Oh, the 19, fucking 80's ... so why did the Hillary campaign, consisting almost entirely of people from the 1980's or before, send out that mailer asking people to throw $1 bills at her if $1 Bills are so damned 'sexist'?

All this exposes is that as usual, Clinton supporters are not only completely unaware of the electorit as it consists in 2016 (and beyond) but also completely self-unaware ... they ask to have $1 bills thrown at Hillary, then whine about sexism when it happens.

What next? Bernie will comment on his broad support, and Hillary fans will call him sexist because he called his supporters a bunch of 'broads'?

Welcome to the 21st century DINOs. 1980's memes are so .. well ... 1980's.

I could counter most of that article but I haven't the time....However I will say (and also in reference to my "hyperbole" is that the Clinton campaign and the corrupt establishment it represents want to once again obscure the forest for the trees.

We are reaching a point (if we haven't already) where real solutions to real problems become impossible because the government has been wholly bought and paid for by the Wealthy and Powerful --and the public interest and needs of average people and the disadvantaged have been shut out.

It's called a Oligarchy...It's called Corporate State....and it will not lead to anything good if allowed to continue without a political counterbalance.

32. Great candidate

Go ahead and make excuses for this and make sure to sound like an elitist prick when you do.

Clinton stated that a 12 year old child wanted to get raped.

There is no amount of excuses for anyone, criminal defense lawyer or not, doing what she did.

Clinton's own words:
“I have been informed that the complainant is emotionally unstable with a tendency to seek out older men and engage in fantasizing,” Clinton, then named Hillary D. Rodham, wrote in the affidavit (my input: remember, a 12-year old child). “I have also been informed that she has in the past made false accusations about persons, claiming they had attacked her body. Also that she exhibits an unusual stubbornness and temper when she does not get her way.”

That is who you want to vote for???
I will leave you with the description of the attack she choose to defend in this manner.
What happened to that little girl:
"In her interview with The Daily Beast, she recounted the details of her attack in 1975 at age 12 and the consequences it had for both her childhood and adult life. A virgin before the assault, she spent five days afterwards in a coma, months recovering from the beating that accompanied the rape, and over 10 years in therapy. The doctors told her she would probably never be able to have children."
