I believe Goldman was a sponsor or partner in this portion of the event, which is about women entrepreneurs. See the signage around her? It's clearly not one of her paid, closed door speeches to Goldman execs, in which recording of any kind is prohibited by her contract, except one audio tape made by the transcriptionist. This isn't a surreptitious cell phone video. It's professionally produced and was never a secret.

I'll wager one of the multitude of arms of Clinton,Inc. leaked it with an accompanying flourish to say: Ah ha! See how innocent she has been. How could anyone doubt it.
