(11,366 posts)You're dissing Independents in your zeal, not knowing you'll need them in the general.
Dumb, dumb, dumb, dumb, dumb...
Squinch
(55,401 posts)who know full well that they are not able to vote in primaries. They know that because they freely CHOOSE that. They are told when they register that they will not be able to vote in the primaries if they are Independents, and then they go ahead and register as Independents.
Know how I know that? I WAS a NY Independent for more years than I've been a Dem. And when I wanted to change to a Democrat I didn't have a tantrum about how hard it was. I looked it up and did it. Not a big deal.

(28,136 posts)Oh and nice slam of Bernie supporters as if they don't work.
I think that was uncalled for.
Why do that because if your candidate wins you'll need as many votes as she can get.
Yeah...both sides slam each other's supporters on personal levels and that is wrong.

I still won't vote for her. She's not worth my vote.
After Bernie predicted a win from all his momentum...
She'll do very well tonight...

SFnomad
(3,473 posts)In 2008 Obama v. Clinton was closer and that wasn't really that close either.

Fawke Em
(11,366 posts)But, I'm not a child.
BTW, reality will suck. But I'm still not voting for her. The adult thing to do is NOT vote for the candidate that sends my Party further right.

(9,527 posts)Hence why Clinton lost to Obama, but is beating Sanders. And an 8 point loss when Sanders needs 8 point wins, plus another state out of play, makes this really bad for Sanders, provided this exit poll is accurate.

(36,437 posts)It's amazing that progressives of the Sanders stripe don't fill the entire government, since they've never lost an election ever. Well, not FAIRLY! SUPPRESSION WARBLEGARBLE!
