2016 Postmortem
Related: About this forumHurricane Sandy: Is Early Voting The Smartest Thing To Do?
Maybe it's better to wait to vote on Nov 6, when the storm will be long gone and the various election boards will have been able to come up with alternative places to vote if there's massive storm damage.
Perhaps voting early allows the forces of evil to conveniently lose your vote and blame its loss on the storm.
Or perhaps not. Maybe voting early is the safest way to go, because it could be an absolute mess on Nov 6.
Your thoughts?

(26,045 posts)1. Early voting is ALWAYS the way to go...
If there's a disruption in Repug-controlled states like Pennsylvania or Ohio, what are the odds the "alternative places" will be set up in Republican districts first, and maybe not quite in time for Democratic districts?

We have no in-person early voting.
