Wouldn't this primary season have been so much better had we done away with

the jury system altogether? I mean, we relaxed all sorts of rules around here, including bringing back every single tombstoned member just in time to shore up support for Hillary when she was getting creamed 5-1 here. Seems only fair.

I'm up to a good few hides at this point. A reasonable Hillary supporter (they actually exist...no, I'm serious!) had me backing off and trying to be nice...but it took about a day for the more-usual assholish Camp Weathervane minions to make me abandon that effort. Besides...I'm not nice. I think I have 7 or 8 hides now...with more to come in short order. Don't care any more...

I have become convinced Bernie's candidacy was the last chance the Democratic Party has to arrest it's horrific, ultimately fatal slide to the right. The party (and thus this site) are making it clear that triangulation is king, branding beats substance, and progressives are no longer welcome. I may or may not return after taking a break (so as not to violate the rules) if/when Her Venal Highness gets the nomination...and then only to taunt some of the worst of her supporters when she gets facerolled in November.

Then off to find something positive to do with my political time...like help start an actual progressive party.
