Hillary Clinton withholding donations from state parties, report says

Before Hillary Clinton launched her fundraising vehicle, the Hillary Victory Fund, last summer, she promised to “rebuild” the Democratic Party “from the ground up.” Clinton declared, “When our state parties are strong, we win.” However, a report by Politico Monday shows that less than 1 percent of the $61 million raised so far has actually remained in state parties.

9. I wonder how George Clooney feels about all of this

Clooney went on the Sunday talk shows to justify the "obscene" fundraisers that he held for HRC in his house and also hosted for her in that billionaire's home.

He made appearances on the Sunday talk shows, because he was doing a bit of damage control.

He justified the "obscene" (his words) fundraisers by discussing, in great detail, that much of this money would be used for down-ticket races. He discussed how the Koch Brothers were putting soooooo much money into the Republican down-ticket races. Therefore, the Democrats had no choice but to hold these "obscene" fundraisers.

I knew it was all bullshit. You can pretty much count on that when Hillary Clinton opens her mouth. Whatever gets her through her self-serving ways, right?

I'm thinking that Clooney is most likely feeling bamboozled right about now. The facts mean that Clinton made a liar out of Clooney--because she lied to him.

Reminds me of how Clinton convinced Obama to topple Gaddafi based on her "sell". Turns out, behind the scenes, there was the real truth--that was being hashed out and discussed with Blumenthal. I imagine that Obama felt bamboozled, much in the same way that Clooney did.

Another clear example of Hillary Clinton saying and doing anything--and using anyone--to get what she wants.

3. Wonder if those are the states where she lost, or

where Bernie tied, etc?

The Clinton's are reportedly very vindictive. Which might explain the cowardice in some public officials and media types once on the Left.

What's the commonality between the states getting short changed?

7. my point is- they are just starting to figure out where they need to spend.... some states will have

races deemed more important, some won't. The first dribbles of cash spent will show up in the NEXT filing they do, and the following 2-3 filings. People are only starting to look at November right now. It;s bullshit to pretend the states have missed out on what is too early to miss.

15. Well the money may not go to the more solidly red states that Bernie has won.....

if there aren't races where we could pick up seats. I think Clinton's concern now is the GE for herself, and the DNC will make those decisions, to imagine all the state people are going to be happy about it is totally naive. It is money- they all will want some whether it is needed or not. Will the DNC make perfect decisions? Doubtful.

But the larger point is the inherent dishonesty of these OPs when the Politico article explains the process for disbursing the money has just begun. Being ignorant of process is not an excuse for accusing people of money laundering.
