I believe I can surmise the Clinton general election strategy
...and it most definitely does not include Berniecrats in her coalition.
Through her wholesale theft of this primary election, Hillary will stomp her way into the nomination. Along the way, Berniecrats are going to complain, as they did in Nevada. The image she will portray is one of a brutal reactionary against the people she and her minions are painting as domestic terrorists. She wants to enhance her Thatcherite image and appeal to the authoritarians, the fascists, the establishment. Berniecrats are going to make a lot of noise in Philadelphia, we will be brutally treated and shut out. She will use that to burnish her image. Count on it.

1. I was just going to post something similar.
I think you're 100% correct. Hillary will posture as the Strong Leader, and her supplicants will eat it up.

4. you are witnessing a brutal orchestrated hijacking of a primary election
Take notes, kids. It's one for the history books.
Remember the original message that came from the Hillary campaign? The message saying that they intended to deflect, disqualify, and damage Bernie? They have ratcheted that up. We are seeing it. I believe they WANT and will WORK TO GET a violent convention. There are various reasons that Brock and Blumenthal and Mook and Podesta are pushing this. 1. The louder the howling, the less likely America is to remember that HRC is being deposed within days for a criminal matter that could bring her career to an ugly end. 2. It's the only way Hillary can generate any excitement in her supporters. 3. She has nothing to lose. Going for broke. 4. It's all she knows. Dirty tricks. Negativity. |

6. Not really
What you are witnessing is Karl Rove playing his game with Bernie as the fall guy. He has a lot of trolls here on DU sitting up the shit and sadly some here are gullible enough to believe the trolls and join in the bashing.

5. is this Karl Roves new talking points?
The only ones that will make trouble will be those who only "claim" to be supporters of Bernie. We have a lot of them here on DU who "claim" to be his supporters but only come here to trash and bash Clinton, and to cause trouble while they try to divide the board. Keep you eyes open for those jerks.

7. Many of them showed up last summer or fall, and those that were here back in 2008....
....were virtually dormant for 8 years, just waiting for this.

11. So bernie supporters in Nevada
Make threatening calls from San Diego and Los Angekes and other points not in Nevada? Your question is kind of correct. Keep looking. You might accidentally come to it

10. I tend to agree
Thatcher works, so does Nixon. Law and order is starting to be a theme.

12. Who in this country will follow the law?
I sure would love to see some honest lawyers who know what direction this country has to take for a sustainable future. Now is the time for a response.

14. Bernie's campaign is asking for lawyers to volunteer to help with the upcoming primaries.
I hope he gets enough response.

13. Yep. Whether it was arranged or not, she and her conservative coalition hit the jackpot.
No more need to even pay lip service to anyone to the left of her hero Reagan. Four years of her and Paul Ryan colluding to give what's left of the commons to the Foundation members. Hoo boy. And the minions will tell us how raising the social security eligibility age to 70 is really a very liberal thing to do. What a racket
