(2,096 posts)Did she say which precincts and what the problem was?
NYT & HuffPo still show 4 precincts in Jeff Co. and 4 precincts in Kenton Co. out? I wonder why she isn't reporting them?

(11,785 posts)Delaying results until after the East Coast goes to bed? They could have counted those precincts by hand, in this amount of time.

(51,104 posts)Jefferson County is in the 3rd and there is a 18,476 advantage for Clinton. Since the district has 9 delegates it can't end up a tie.
Kenton County is in the 4th and there is only a 185 vote difference. There are only 6 delegates and they are split 3-3. The only way it could change would require at least 4,412 vote change.
Changing the outcome of the PLEO allocation would require 35,000 vote change and over 17,600 for the at-large districts.
