Bernie Sanders appeal to superdelegates appears to be catching on, as superdelegates from three different states have pledged to support Sanders.
Earlier today, New Hampshire State Senator Martha Fuller Clark said she would be casting her superdelegate vote for the Vermont senator at the Democratic National Convention in July. Earlier this week, Sanders also earned the support of Democratic national committeewoman Elaine Harris, of West Virginia, along with new Hawaii Democratic Party chair Tim Vandeveer.

(12,689 posts)Not really all that surprising. It really is only a gain of two since he had one superdelegate out of the Virgin Island switch to Clinton.

(10,476 posts)Bernie Sanders only realistic chance at the nomination is to sway the superdelegates to his side instead of Hillary's, even though she will almost certainly be the pledged delegate winner. Do you feel that Sanders should only court superdelegates from states that he won?
