2016 Postmortem
Related: About this forumSanders won’t skydive into rally
The Hill:Jimmy Halliday, the president at NorCal Skydiving, had told The Press Democrat that the Sanders campaign would run the idea by Bernie.
Michael Morrissey, the manager of the Cloverdale airport where the Sanders rally will take place, said the Democratic presidential candidate is supposed to make a grand entrance but didnt explain further.
That the Sanders campaign felt the need to address this at all says something.

(2,902 posts)did it on his 90th birthday, and Bernie is a lot younger. Why shouldn't he? Think he isn't as capable as a crime don over fifteen years older than himself?
Happyhippychick
(8,379 posts)Because it's a ridiculously undignified publicity stunt and he is running for President. Poppy Bush doing it to celebrate his 90th has nothing to do with it.

(34,825 posts)Again, you're thinking of Hillary Supporter. Are you feeling okay?
even better on the 7th. Viewing parties are the ones Bernie Supporters had watching on a couch in front of the TV, hoping Trey Gowdy would help you get the nomination. Stop being coy about it.

Ugh--what a long, drawn out "attention-to-detail" exercise. I remember it despite a distance of many, many decades!!!! And god HELP you if got any ink on your clothing, your mandatory cloth handkerchief, or fingers!

(24,979 posts)Sort of like most Clintonista "attacks" -- or sorry, informed criticisms -- of Sanders.
A bit of projection or compensation as always, since Sanders never, e.g., claimed falsely to have landed somewhere under sniper fire!
