Bernie supporters: What will you do if Bernie doesn't concede?

Say Tuesday comes and goes, Hillary has clinched the nomination, and Bernie has neither conceded nor given any indication that he intends to concede. What will you do?

All but four states have laws preventing the loser of a major party primary running as an independent in the general.

if enforced against a presidential candidate.

States or even Congress have pretty limited ability to set extra-constitutional eligibility standards on federal candidates.

And you're hoping for another loooooooooooooooooong list of Bernie supporters to get
disappeared. Talking out of both sides of the mouth is an HRC thing. Her followers emulate
that skill well.

It is written into the Terms of Service, which you agreed to when you joined:

Winning elections is important — therefore, advocating in favor of Republican nominees or in favor of third-party spoiler candidates that could split the vote and throw an election to our conservative opponents is never permitted on Democratic Underground. ... For presidential contests, election season begins when both major-party nominees become clear. For non-presidential contests, election season begins on Labor Day. Everyone here on DU needs to work together to elect more Democrats and fewer Republicans to all levels of American government. If you are bashing, trashing, undermining, or depressing turnout for our candidates during election season, we'll assume you are rooting for the other side.

because I'm going to continue doing what I'm doing now. Thanks for the smug post, it reaffirms my thoughts about Hillary. If her supporters are so full of themselves that they think it's OK to post things like this, insults veiled as "was just wondering" they've got to get it from somewhere.

Yes Hillary will probably win the primary, and yes she will probably win the GE. But when she sticks it to us and hard, I'll still hand you a tissue to wipe your tears. Cause I'm good like that.
