California votes since election day

I've compared the vote totals from election day to end of day Friday.

Trump vote count increased +135 K
Kasich + 22 K
Cruz + 17 K
Carson + 7 K


Clinton + 188 K
Sanders + 151 K


No other candidate increased more than 2K


That is about 500K votes processed since election day.
Assuming 2,000,000 more votes outstanding with the same breakdown: sanders will not catch up with clinton

1. Considering he is falling further behind, yeah. Pretty unlikely.

2. He is getting a higher percentage of these votes then the election day votes

just not enough to overturn the results

3. Higher percentage, but still losing ground in total votes.

4. Almost exactly the same percentage

difference in these newly counted votes as the election night results.

55% to 44%, in Hillary's favor. Math is simple.

Sanders isn't gaining at all.

That's typical of late-counted votes. They simply reflect the percentages of the ones counted earlier

5. They don't start on provisional ballots for a while

they might have a different makeup

7. The trouble is that the vote gap actually keeps growing even if the percentage is down a bit.
