Poll: During this primary season, what was your level of participation

in Democratic Party activities? I'm just curious about the numbers of DUers who are involved in Democratic Party Politics.

Note: Participation in this poll is, of course, completely voluntary. Participate only if you choose to do so:

I volunteered for three different campaigns and donated to them.

In general, election workers are not the problem. Insufficient notification about rule changes are what I found problematic.

It seems most of those I voted for lost, which I found interesting.

Thankfully, I tend to be very concerned about the school board, judges and other local races that it offsets my ambivalence towards the rest of the general election. Knowing I currently have a Republican governor tends to do that.

I just did phone banking for other states (I'm in WA). At times it was frustrating. (A majority of people on the lists had been called several times before and weren't thrilled.)

In prior years I've done canvassing. It is sooo difficult (at least I find it so). I let myself "off the hook" and stuck to making calls (felt a little cowardly about it). I have enormous admiration for people who are able to get out there and knock on doors for any sort of campaign or petition drive. (And I make a big point of being a friendly face when someone shows up at my door.)

canvassed (even though I fell 3X due to ice) and
phone banked. I also started to attend the dem's
district meeting to get the feel of where my district
was going.
But now I won't do that anymore, because at my
age I don't see my participation as useful anymore.
