Should Hillary run Joseph Leiberman for Vice-President if she captures the nomination?
Leiberman was Al Gore's running mate and certainly helped Gore to get dozens of conservative votes for the Democratic presidential ticket.
Leiberman would help boost Clinton's conservative credentials and enable her to win over more conservative Republicans and the youth vote. Of course, she might decide to go with a liberal vice-president like Sanders or Warren. Hard to say. Try saying it. "Clintoncanoe and Sanders too!" Catchy slogan! Sounds a bit like the old Tippacanoe and Tyler campaign chant.

I'm guessing that was hard to type with a straight face. Now you are just mocking Sanders supporters. Not nice at all.

11. I agree. That's why I posted his "the Revolution continues" speech. Did you like it?
But, why is it that so many Hillary supporters seem to lack a sense of humor about their candidate and are offended so easily.
Rarely are they alerted on no matter how nasty and mean spirited their attacks are on Bernie and his supporters. It seems they are weak like Hillary and just lack confidence in their ideas and candidate. |

15. Humor is in the mind of the reader.
What's funny to you may not be to others. Hillary's not going to make Al Gore's mistake. I cringed at his naming of Lieberman as a running mate at the time. He was a very poor choice, and probably cost Gore a victory, really. That and his distancing himself from Bill Clinton. We all paid an enormous price for that mistake.
Hillary Clinton wouldn't make such a mistake, I guarantee. So, it's not amusing, because it's too ludicrous to consider. In fact, there's nothing amusing in your proposal at all. And, I believe, no humor was intended by it. So, if it's not clear so far, I'm not laughing. Not at all. |

21. I believe Leiberman was a DINO like many leading Democratic politicians today.
And I though Leiberman did a hundred times more damage to Gore than Nader. Leiberman of course stabbed Al Gore in the back during the Florida recount controversy. And so many DINO's said so little or nothing at all about that betrayal while as a diversion they concentrate their fire on Ralph Nader. |

8. Why would she want to run with a toxic, 74 year old retired politician?
No one likes Lieberman. Both sides regard him as a bit of a traitor.
She needs to go with either an up-and-coming younger politician from the south and/or west, or Elizabeth Warren. Sanders basically took HIMSELF out of the running with that "speech" telling us all how much we suck. At this point I wouldn't vote for him for dog catcher--and I'm glad I don't have to make the choice. He managed to go from my 2nd Choice to "Oh shut up, you grumpy Gus." I've had enough of his "BS." The Senate is in session. He gets a paycheck from us. He needs to find his desk and get back to work. |

14. In what part of his speech did Bernie indicate "telling us all how much we suck"?
It seems to me that you just made that up based on what someone might have told you about his speech. And you haven't read or viewed his complete speech. Is that correct? |
