HRC should address free tuition as she did $15 per hour min wage.

During one of the debates, HRC said she thinks the federal minimum wage should be $12/hour but if Congress sends her a $15/hour bill she'll sign it.

She should make an analogous statement about college affordability: she considers her college plan ideal but if instead Congress sends her Sanders' plan, she'll sign it.

Such a statement would help GOTV of young people and increase enthusiasm and unite the party.
