Why are Democrats holding back on retaliation?

Why are Democrats holding back on retaliation? Even though republicans do control the congress, needed to start investigations, Democrats control the FBI to conduct investigations of our own. With #9 warming up in the get Hillary congress, I must say I am frustrated beyond belief that Democrats are sit on idle and do nothing in retaliation.

The FBI could act on Bush Administration War Crimes. The FBI could act on Gowdy's forging federal evidence in a failed attempt to frame Hillary. The FBI could launch an investigation into why congress has needed 9 investigations and spent millions of the US Taxpayer money attempting to get Hillary.

There must be something I am missing here in this story? I thought we had a democrat voice in Congress, and yet if we do, I have not seen it.

There's no need for any retaliation when you win: no indictment and nine congressional investigations with nothing to show for it.
Who's still angry and calling the FBI in to even more hearings to explain their rationale? Not the Democrats. When you win, its best to be gracious, and quiet.
