Always has the Hispanic vote going about 35% Trump to 65% Clinton. I think that is how you can disprove most of those as outliers. That rare poll that shows a tie or even Trump slightly ahead is almost always showing a very different swing with Hispanic voters compared to what most sources are saying.

At 82-18, AZ is likely blue while CO and FL are out of reach for Trump. TX is likely a very pale red as is GA which may even be a toss up at that margin.
