Here in Juneau, at the Fourth of July Parade sometime in the Eighties or Nineties, the provisional wing of the anti-choicers had a float in the parade, and they were throwing those things out for kids to pick up(it was a bizarre variant of the local tradition of throwing candy from fire trucks).

I'm guessing some of those kids are STILL in therapy.
