3. Yep - the buck should stop with her. She is responsible for the "tone" of the organization.

If she wasn't directly involved in "tipping the scales", she should have made it clear to her staff that neutrality was a requirement.

That she didn't (or couldn't) do that is reason enough for her resignation.

the party is united.

It is the non-party members making all the noise.

Besides it was DWS who pushed to allow BS to run as a Democrat and have access to the party structure/voter lists, something I have helped pay for for decades.

It also strikes me as something like this "Waste the girl to sooth the beasts...the beasts are more important".

So they were worried about how to get the person who could not win out of the race ...the feeling was he was hurting the chances in November. Why is that so awful? I would love to see the emails about getting Hillary out of the race in 08...I bet they were something.

Unless the Dems would like the media to claim that the Democratic party is just as broken as the GOP.
