He vowed to have a floor fight and shake up the convention, but he probably never he would get bit too.

... the minute he endorsed Hillary.

And with all honesty, I don't blame them for being pissed-off. HE told them he was taking the fight to the Convention floor. HE told them he was going to convince the SDs to hand him the nomination. HE told them he was still "going to win this thing" long after he KNEW he couldn't. HE told them to keep sending money to his campaign when he KNEW he had no chance of being the nominee.

Warren was thrown under the Bernie Bus when she campaigned for HRC. Bernie is now being thrown under that same bus.

The behaviour of the BernieBots is despicable - but it is also understandable. HE led them to believe that he was on their side to the bitter end - only to betray them when it was in his best political interests to do so.

The Bernie supporters are now faced with the reality that they've been played. They trusted him - and that was their first mistake.

I can't say whether Bernie dropping out earlier would have helped the situation, maybe it would have. But he was going to get thrown under the bus no matter what. People were calling him a sellout for EVEN RUNNING.
