Rubio Says Trump Will Learn on the Job

Rubio Says Trump Will Learn on the Job

SNIP.............

Sen. Marco Rubio told WGN that his “sense” is that Donald Trump’s positions on issues will more fully develop as he takes on the role as president.

Said Rubio: “I view the Senate as a place that can always act as a check and balance on whoever the next president is. I also think there’s something to be said for, once you’re actually in that position, once you’re actually working at this thing, and you’re in there, and you start to have access to information that perhaps you didn’t have before, especially for someone that’s never been in politics, I think it starts to impact your views a little bit.”

Wasn't the argument when Obama was running that we couldn't afford to have the President learning on the job?

9. They keep accusing Obama of executive overreach. They can't control Obama but will with Trump?

This is so much partisan bullshit. The constitutional lawyer is out of control but the egomaniac, who has never held public office nor read the Constitution, will fall in line. Hopefully we can stop this idiot from winning reelection.

For one of the most significant jobs on the globe?

Would you want your kids' teacher to have more experience than say, selling vacuum cleaners?
Would you want your car mechanic to have more experience than say, auto detailing?
Would you want your boss to know more about running the company than the guy who installed the phones the day you moved in?

But the presidency? Oh Donald will be just fine...at least Marco is indirectly admitting that Trump's not ready for day one
