Idiot delegates making asses of themselves on national TV

These are the same kind of people who have argued on DU that it was our country's fault that the Japanese bombed Pearl Harbor so we should have left the world to suffer under the Nazis and the Imperial Japanese and hoped they would never have attacked us.

These are the same kind of people who claimed on DU we should have never revolted against the British because it led to blood shed.

These are the same kind of people who treated servicemen returning from Vietnam who were drafted like shit for years.

I am no lover of war, I hate it. Every veteran such as myself who has seen its horrors of war does. But right now I am so made I could spit nails. This level of stupidity is beyond the pale. I am ashamed to acknowledge that such people exist in the party that I love.

They see the world in 2 colors, much like a lot of rabid RWers. They live in a dreamland of sassiphras and moon pies in the big rock candy mountains.

And they are interrupting Leon Panetta, who is trying to stop Trump, who may just get them into a war....

Are they Trunp or Stein sympathizers???

Whatever, they are totally clueless....

These people are on OUR side. Why do they want to disrupt? It just messes things up for the rest of us.

They're going to look back on this and cringe; it's like watching a child throw a tantrum.

If there were ever a terrorist attack the first thing they'd want to do would be to pass out the name tags for a peace conference with ISIS.

It just makes me mad because I know these people make their peace and anti-military signs in their peaceful homes, looking over their manicured lawns, in their safe neighborhoods. It's not their kids who have volunteered to protect them. They spout their anti-military slogans while others train in the mud to defend them with their very lives if necessary. Such cowards make me ill to my stomach.

My brother did two tours in Vietnam and spent 35 years serving our country. I have had more than a few discussions with some young Bernie supporters and other Democrats regarding their disdain for anyone in the military.

For some reason they don't believe I can disagree with the morons who send them to war without thinking and still strongly support our military and veterans. Believe me I can and I have.

I sense you may be a vet, if so you are treasured.

As you said, war is awful but unfortunately there have been times in non Bush doctrine eras where it was necessary.
