He isn't charismatic, but came across as a decent guy. He started his ads during the Super Bowl and got out ahead of all the other candidates.

I like Tom Wolf, a lot. But I can see how he might not exactly light everyone's fire. The incumbent republican governor was an utter disaster so Wolf looked really good in comparison.

They are administrators more than anything. The governor of my state, Mark Dayton, is a crashing bore as a speaker, and he mumbles. But he's one of the best, most progressive governors in the country.
