2016 Postmortem
Related: About this forumThe Madman is melting down on Twitter as we speak. Again.
Going after Mayor Bloomberg, General Allen, screaming that he's the "Law and Order" candidate, retweeting Ann Coulter bashing Hillary's "I believe in science" quote.
NPD on display. Front and center.

(3,335 posts)and that will make them think twice about any classified briefings. Like Hillary said, "anyone who can be baited into a Tweet, doesn't deserve to have access to the nuclear codes." In this case, the same should be true for classified briefings. While he in entitled to those briefings as the GOP Nominee, the Intelligence Community determines what information he receives.

(669 posts)I don't think I've ever seen a more thin-skinned person run for the Presidency than Donald Trump. He behaves like the girl in high school that everyone knows gossips way too much and has very little room to do so.

He sets himself up to be attacked and then acts outraged when people actually respond.

(2,792 posts)They use their power to kill or imprison anyone who displeases them.
And they tend to get worse and worse over time. They become paranoid, which makes them more oppressive, which makes them more paranoid - a vicious cycle of madness.

(47,419 posts)It seems the dementia is pretty much inevitable. Muammar Gaddafi just wasn't all there towards the end. The paranoia in the end eats them up. Crazy and tyrant seem to go hand in hand.

(8,702 posts)As she got older, it became no longer a touch, but overt. I was in her kitchen one day and opened a drawer to get a spoon and she went crazy on me. "What are you doing in my drawer? - you want a spoon, you ask me."

(18,652 posts)Loved her comment (NOT!) that HRC didn't win over any Repukes with her speech. When Wallace said it, I changed the channel. She is irksome with her whiny voice and stupidity.

I'm sure Hillary is crying over Nicolle's brilliant commentary.

(37,364 posts)see someone els's tweet you kind of forward it so that people who follow you can see it or add a hashtag. Check the icons below the tweet you'd like to retweet for the one to click on. On my version of Twitter it looks like a couple of arrows forming a little square.

That is exactly the sort of thing that will grind at Trump most painfully.

(49,001 posts)1) Trump told his supporters to turn their TVs off for Hillary's speech. It seems he has a 2 or 3 million RWAF (Right Wing Authoritarian Followers) who dutifully did as they were told.
2) Trump is nothing if not entertainment. Of course, he is not much more than entertainment of three kinds: Bullying, crassness, and slow-motion train wreck. In other words, more Democrats watched Trump in horrified fascination than Republicans watched Hillary to learn anything.
Totals for 4 days: DNC 117.1, RNC 100.7

womanofthehills
(8,702 posts)has to be very hard on his body and (what's left of) his mind; probably taking drugs to sleep, drugs for energy and who knows what other pharma drugs - could be on cholesterol, high blood pressure meds, etc. which also can mess with your mind. Seems like he is not really into running the country (letting others run it while he pulls in the bucks from Putin for himself).
PatSeg
