Republicans blocked most Obama economic plans, now blame him for unemployed Americans

Republicans are like someone who intentionally blocks fire fighters from getting to a raging house fire, and then blame the fire department for failure to put out the fire. Whatever Obama accomplished to get the country out of the Bush recession is despite Republican opposition, not with their help.

The Republican whip determines how many days to meet in the year, 136 is not enough. All the more reason to elect down ticket candidates, ergo, fund raising is very important to electing Democrats.
