3. No. The GOP will retain control of The House, and the Democrats will keep The Senate.

All of the House races haven't been called yet,
but I heard that it will probably be:
Republicans: 236
Democrats (w/Indies): 199

5. Yes, we will still have problems getting bills passed in The House. But...

... as far as Pres Obama's judicial and administration appointments those are only voted on in The Senate,
and Senator Reid is talking about reforming The Senate filibuster rule so that the Senate Republicans won't be able to abuse it.
