Since Hillary must be president to do this, this comment would have to be meant post-election. So we could reword the sentence thus:

"if she is elected president, nothing you can do. Although the Second Amendment people, maybe there is..."

And drumpf's BS explanation:

BS! Now he's pretending as if he meant his comment before the election, which he clearly could not have, since Hillary wouldn't be choosing any judges before the election. It was clearly meant once Hillary is president. That puts a rather ominous slant on it, I'd say.
