Apparently Paul Ryan has been living in an alternative universe, for the past 8 years

His "victory" speech is pretty schizoid, and he is obviously distancing himself from Trump. But he is jibber jabbering away, lying through his teeth about what the republican party wants to accomplish - better health care, helping people better themselves, yada yada yada, because (make NO MISTAKE) things have apparently been hideous, since 2009.
