(1,017 posts)When Turmp says stuff he does not speak clearly or precisely, he sort of speaks in generalities, you have to interpret him. I think thats what he meant.
And "second amendment people" is the NRA. He's saying they still may be able to do things even if Hillary is elected. I really think thats what he meant not assassination or armed rebellion.
