My daughter grew up in Florida and is now teaching in a middle school. She is working on her master's. So Florida's education system is all right in my book.

But 67% to 48%, really?

My observation after living here for 16 years is that if Florida was as good at education as it is in keeping the rest rooms in parks and rest areas clean it would have the best education system in the country.

Now reads:

"Broward County. It has about 15,000 absentee ballots outstanding. Obama won Broward 67-32 percent. If those numbers hold, it would give Obama 2,887 more votes."

Actually, if those numbers hold, it would give Obama approximately 5250 more votes.
